Jai Masiki! (Praise the Lord) It is our desire to see the one billion people of India come to the knowledge of the saving grace of Jesus Christ our lord and the only way that is going to happen is if we will be His feet and be His hands. Below you will find layouts for churches that need to be built. Along with the land and buildings, we need, Bibles, chairs, rugs, tables, sound systems, lights, musical equipment, bikes, fans, water wells.... well, the list is a long one. Duniwat
In cooperation with Mammen Mathew's Gospel For India International (GFIGospel For India International (GFII), Start Again Ministries Start
Again Ministries
is a financial contributor and supporter of GFI.
Involvement is always increasing, for instance, the Ministry
is working on financially supporting a new school currently being formed in Khojki Chack.
It has been named The Mission School at
Khojki Chack. Khojki
Chack is a very remote, small village, approximately 1/2 kilometers from the
border of Pakistan. There are over 10 villages surrounding Khojki Chack.
Children from those villages have to walk several miles to attend school.
Although other schooling is nonexistent for these children, God has given Start Again
Ministries the wonderful opportunity to participate in the education and
spiritual growth of these children. Originally
started as a pre-school, The Mission
School at Khojki Chack has grown in a very short time to include 7 grades
with over 130 students. The school is currently using rented facilities. This
grant request includes funds to underwrite the cost of the purchase of property,
building, teacher salaries and other operating expenses. Mission School at Khojki Chack Jesus called the children to Him
and said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for
the kingdom of God belongs to such as these."
(Luke 18: 15-17) Jesus
loves the little children! In India, 40% of the population is made up
of children. 25% of all the children live below the poverty line.
There are many children wandering the streets, slums and remote areas without
food, proper clothing, and education or shelter. GFI has taken on the burden to care for and educate the children
who are poor and destitute. Another service, known as the GFI Children’s Home,
is located in Jammu and Kashmir. Current funding
availability only allow for the support of three children at this home. The need to increase its residency
capabilities is an immediate and vital necessity. This
grant request includes funds to meet this need.
