A Vision for Small Miracles Ministry

The founders of Small Miracles, Steve and Micki Bentley of Salisbury, North Carolina have a heart for children and mothers who need a place to live, feel safe and rest in a world of turmoil. They are planning a ministry complex to be built in the near future.

"Instead of having separate cottages for staff and children, I believe we can have an apartment building with a common dining area and a large great room/play room with age appropriate toys.  It will be imperative to have an outside play area with age appropriate equipment.  We will also need therapeutic tools to promote a healthy lifestyle for these children.

In order for this vision to become a reality, I will need support as well as resources of the community.  Everyone involved will need guidance from God along with the wisdom of Solomon and the patience of Job.  It will take many people committed to the needs of the children.

Children deserve the right to be in a safe, nurturing environment.  They need hope in the midst of a bad situation.  Children are an inheritance from God and we need to invest in them today to insure a better tomorrow for a little one with a bad yesterday.

Won’t you please search your heart to see what God would have you do concerning this project?  Together we can make a difference in the life of a child who so desperately needs a difference to be made."
